Ireland’s 2024 legend Bambie Thug is being welcomed back to LEP after an unforgettable top 10 finish at Eurovision 2024. We know fans of the contest will be utterly delighted with this news – they were one of the highlights of LEP 2024, and now we can re-live the scenes on April 13th.

Don’t forget you can still get your London Eurovision Party 2025 tickets here. Tickets to the event are selling fast so make sure to grab them before they’re all gone. You can see many fan favourites from this year and several iconic past year acts like Jerry Heil & Alyona Alyona and Kaleen! We STILL have more really exciting guests to announce shortly too, you won’t want to miss it!

Who is Bambie Thug?

Fans of Eurovision will be well acquainted with Ireland’s participant from 2024, Bambie Thug. They took the Emerald Isle back to the Grand Final for the first time since 2018, and then came 6th in the whole competition – Ireland’s best result since the 90s. The singer from Macroom, Ireland won their national selection Eurosong 2024 with 32 points out of a possible 36 – a HUGE score.

Their intense rock-tinged entry “Doomsday Blue” was a story of dark romance, and heartbreak. Whilst the energy of the song brought fans in, so did Bambie’s incredible performance and staging. Witchy vibes turned up to eleven; the show was utterly spectacular.

We got the vibes early on that Bambie may do something incredible in Malmö, after an electrifying performance at the London Eurovision Party 2024. They performed their Eurovision entry, and another of their singles “Tsunami (11:11)”. They went on to become one of the most memorable and legendary performers of recent Eurovision history, and we cannot wait to see them return to their adoring fans at the London Eurovision Party 2025!
